My Favorite Bran Muffins

Seriously - these things are wonderful! I make a batch, then cook just enough for one breakfast, and store the rest of the batter in the fridge for a week or so. They are so yummy!

Sour Cream Pancakes

I am always on a quest for the perfect pancake. Bisquick does not enter my house! This recipe is, by far, the best I've found... It's from the blog of my friend's sister. She is a great cook and has many great recipes on her site. I'm sure I'll be linking a few more before I'm finished.
